Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the research function within Capsolve. This includes aligning Technology Research with client and prospect priorities. The person should be service-oriented, have strong general business knowledge, and understand how technology is best suited to meet objectives and create results. The person will also be responsible for performing research and analysis regarding technologies.

The role coordinates all aspects of technology research and should meet the function’s performance goals. These responsibilities may include researching market needs and relevant technologies to identify opportunities for Capsolve.

Required Duties

Research and analysis of industry trends

Research and analysis of technologies

Create thought leadership content for use with clients and as part of the marketing function

Identify important trends within technologies and how these will affect potential and existing accounts

Identify technologies best suited to meet specific strategic and tactical objectives

Facilitate research-driven discussions and meetings

Coach and advise the client regarding technology decisions

Recommend, evaluate, select, and coordinate the implementation of technologies for use within Capsolve

Key Functional and Relational Responsibilities

Manage research to identify best practices for applying Technology to reach client objectives

Monitor and report on progress against research goals

Populate and disseminate technology research for use with clients and Capsolve

Keep any members of the executive team apprised of key changes and trends within industries and technology segments

Collaborate with the Customer Advisory Board
